If the connection times out when multiple bulbs connect to the APP, you can connect the bulbs one by one. (After successfully connecting the light bulb, unplug it from the lamp. The light bulb will still be visible on the APP for a period of time and will come back online when you reinstall it.) 3. This bulb only supports 2.4Ghz WiFi connections. Please ensure that the network meets the connection requirements. If the network connection is correct but cannot be established, you can use the mobile phone hotspot network connection test to determine the issue.
