Setting up GHome Smart Plugs is easy via a 2.4 GHz network, with no hub required. Follow our quick connection tips to ensure a smooth setup process. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz WiFi network, have Android 5.0 or iOS 13.0 or above, and confirm the indicator light is blinking before connecting.

For dual-band routers, you can either turn off 5GHz networking or set separate SSIDs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Our smart outlets are compatible with Smart Life App and Tuya App and can support home appliances with a max load power of 1200W and 10A.
